Rosie Bate-Williams was the Downing Street Press Secretary in the final period of Boris Johnson's government. She was not named after their official briefings, a concession to transparency dating back to the Blair era.[1]

She formerly worked as a former media special adviser in Downing Street and before that press officer in Conservative HQ.[2]
