Professor Brian Klug wrote in 2003 in The Guardian that "No, anti-Zionism is not anti-semitism.[1]

Career

"Dr Brian Klug is Senior Research Fellow in Philosophy at St Benet’s Hall, Oxford, member of the philosophy faculty of the University of Oxford, Fellow of the College of Arts & Sciences at St Xavier University, Chicago, and Honorary Fellow of the Parkes Institute for the Study of Jewish/non-Jewish Relations, University of Southampton. In August-Septemebr 2012 he was Visiting Scholar at the International Centre for Muslim & non-Muslim Understanding, University of South Australia, Adelaide. He has published extensively on ‘race’ and ethnicity, antisemitism, Jewish identity and other subjects. His articles have appeared in numerous periodicals, including Foreign Policy, Political Quarterly, Peace and Change, Journal of Jewish Studies, Journal of Palestine Studies and The Nation. His most recent books are Being Jewish and Doing Justice: Bringing Argument to Life (2011) and Offence: The Jewish Case (2009)."[2]
