As Swiss Military Intelligence Chief of Provisions Colonel Botta attended the June 28-29, 1980 Zurich meeting of the Le Cercle. In a foreshadowing of the rise of the Supranational Deep State, he recommended that support be given to the Israeli intelligence service, since, as far as Europe was concerned, the efficiency of this service had diminished considerably.
