Eduard Grandry was a Belgian diplomat. A Flemish-speaker, at a time of tension with the traditionally dominant French-speaking part of the foreign service, he was director of cabinet for Henri Fayat in the 1960s.[1].

He was later director of the cabinet of Foreign Minister Renaat van Elslande.

In 1977 he was Secretary-General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In 1953 he was First secretary of the Belgian Legation, Sydney, Australia.[2][3]
