Jaime Roldós Aguilera (along with Omar Torrijos) is named by John Perkins as someone who resisted the threats and brides of the IMF and the World Bank and insisted on doing what would benefit the citizens of his country, Panama, and who was assassinated by CIA 'jackals' as a result.[1]
