As Arkansas State Police Captain Raymond Young was Bill Clinton's chief of security, before being moved to FEMA.

Accusation

In the film The Mena Connection, Terry Reed accuses Raymond "Buddy" Young of creating a fake profile of him as a violent drug smuggler likely to be carrying concealed weapons. Acquitting Terry Read, the judge stated that Young had "demonstrated a reckless disregard for the truth" creating an "affidavit [which] contained some innacuracies and/or false statements".[1]
