Served with Royal Canadian Air Force 1942-1946.
Director and Vice-President 1950, Executive Committee 1952 at meat packing company Canada Packers Inc. He took over after his father as President of the company and served 1954-1978 as Chair, and Chief Executive Officer 1978-1982.[1][2]
