Wikileaks Confidentiality Agreement
The agreement that Wikileaks UK volunteers are expected to sign.
It is an extraordinary document invoking a £12m penalty on any signatory who reveals any information about WikiLeaks' day-to-day operations, let alone any documents given to the whistleblowing organisation. In a move reminiscent of the UK's reviled superinjunctions, even revealing the existence of the gagging order is itself a breach.
It was made public by New Statesman columnist David Allen Green who has posted a blog article about it on 11 May 2010.
