Peter Apps is Executive Director at the think- tank PS21 and works for British military intelligence. He was Global Defense Correspondent at Reuters joining on as Executive Director full-time in PS21 from January 2015. He was paralyzed from the shoulders down covering the Sri Lanka war in 2006.[1]
