As of 2018, 62 nations maintain diplomatic missions to Tanzania in Dar es Salaam, the former capital and the nation's largest city. The current capital, Dodoma, hosts no embassy, though a small number of countries maintain liaison offices there. Many other countries have ambassadors accredited to Tanzania, with most being resident in Nairobi or Addis Ababa.[1]
