Bradley Birkenfeld has been referred to as "the most significant financial whistleblower of all time."[1]

Career

Birkenfeld was a banker and then became a whistleblower.[2]

Sentence

Brad Birkenfeld was released from federal prison in August 2012 after being was imprisoned for 2½ years. In prison he met Scott Bennett in prison and they together pieced their stories together together.[2][3]

Legal settlement

He was awarded $104,000,000 as his share of the fraud he exposed.[3]
