Carl Fredrik Konstantin Castrén was a Finnish industrialist who attended the 1983 Bilderberg conference.

Career

Castrén became a graduate engineer in 1952. He was 1956–1960 CEO of the Foundation for Productivity Research and 1958–1960 of the Confederation of Finnish Work, 1960–1963 Deputy CEO and 1963–1967 CEO of Oy Strengberg Ab and 1967–1970 Deputy Director at Oy Nokia Ab. The definitive turning point in Castrén's career came in 1972, when he became CEO of Oy Strömberg Ab.
