In 1992, he founded a strategy consultancy company helping global 1000 firms manage their brand(s) as an asset.[1]

Since 2002 he has been a professor of marketing at the NYU Stern School of Business.

As of 2023, Scott Galloway has a net "worth" of $30 million.[2]

A little grace and forgiveness

In an 2021 opinion piece, Galloway demanded: "Enough already. Federal law should require any citizen who wants to cash a government check, use public transport, or enter a place of business to show proof of vaccination....Millions of us, from the president of the United States down, have refused to acknowledge the gravity of the threat and continue to cling to some perverted notion of "liberty."[3]

For much of Covid, Galloway was an advocate for more stringent and prolonged lockdowns. He supported closing businesses, restricting movement, and maintaining rigorous social distancing guidelines, often criticizing government officials for not going far enough, [4] demanding imprisonment for people who refused the jab.

“I wanted a harsher lockdown policy. In retrospect: I was wrong… But here’s the bottom line: We were doing our best. Let’s give a little grace and forgiveness.”
