Oxford

Oxfordshire County Council voted for climate lockdown trial in Oxford City starting 2024, with movement by car between the zones restricted to 100 trips per yea [2]

The city will be divided into six "15 minute" neighbourhoods via traffic filtering, and a county council travel chief has insisted the controversial plan would go ahead whether people liked it or not.[3]

The Oxford Mail attacked "conspirationists".[4]
