In 1988, Riggs Bank, under the direction of Jonathon Bush and J Carter Beese purchased a controlling interest in a Swiss company named Valmet.[1]
Carter Beese was a "key member" of "Diligence and its sister company New Bridge [which] would demonstrate the Western political and financial muscle working with the Yeltsin family".[1]
Death
Supposedly suicide.[2]
