Josef Trimpert

Josef Trimpert was the third detainee (after Donald Vance and Nathan Ertel) in Camp Cropper to be held against his will in 2006 after falsely being accused of having ties to Al-Qaeda. The U.S. Army CID investigated Josef Trimpert and later him go after determining there was insufficient evidence against him. CID also provided details that there was no kidnapping attempt on Ertel or Vances life that story was fabricated. The CID did however reveal that Donald Vance was cheating on his fiancé with a US Department of State Employee who had close ties with the CIA, Debra Nagel. ^{[Citation Needed]}

Donald Vance and Nathan Ertel fabricated they're story that lead to the detaining of them in Camp Cropper , everything was hear say after they falsely accused of Josef Trimpert of holding them hostage on the morning of 16 April 2006, upon QRF ( Quick Response Force) it was seen that when U.S. Forces arrived there were no hostiles at SGS's compound, when U.S. Navy SEALS breached the room supposedly where Donald Vance and Nathan Ertel were held up, a plume of marijuana smoke came from their room. Donald Vance and Nathan Ertel had hoped that QRF came into SGS's compound guns a blazing killing everything in sight including Josef Trimpert which could have been an act of premeditated murder had QRF killed everyone in the compound for a rescue that was fabricated. Donald Vance and Nathan Ertel plan back fired and they also were detained .

CAC ( Common Access Card ) for Donald Vance , Nathan Ertel , and Josef Trimpert . Both Vance and Ertel CAC cards were confiscated after both were fired from SGS . SGS was working directly with the British Government / MI6 specifically in Basra Iraq, where British forces were tasked to restore stability to that region of Iraq.

Josef Trimpert is thought to have ties with the CIA as well according to CID offers interviewed Josef Trimpert had a TS Clearance with a polygraph and had hard copies from the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad of associated paperwork for being recruited into the CIA as a Clandestine Tactical Special Operations Field Operator in 2000 2 years after Josef Trimpert left the US Marines.

Josef Trimpert went to Afghanistan in November 2008 working under an OGA Department State Contract that confirms Josef Trimpert did indeed have ties with the CIA - specifically that he was a paramilitary operations officer in the Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Division.

Torture

Josef Trimpert experienced a different methods of torture - he was subjected to methods used against suspected insurgents: Waterboarding, Electric Shocks, Beatings, Starvation, Stripping Naked, K9 Scaring, Suspension from the ceiling, Tight Space confinement. CID files show that by contrast Donald Vance & Nathan Ertel were subjected to loud music, bright lights & CIA officers walked them blindfolded into walls on purpose.

The US Government can exercise extraordinary rendition where they see fit at anytime without just cause , and if lucky as Donald Vance, Nathan Ertel and Josef Trimpert walk free from possibly serving life in a federal prison be it CONUS or Guantanamo Bay.
