The Centre for Infectious Disease Research and Policy (CIDRAP) is a research institution based at the University of Minnesota headed by Michael Osterholm.

Activities

It is part of the Big Pharma complex focusing on "public health preparedness and emerging infectious disease response", intended to keep control over "public policy recommendations and guidance. Wellcome Trust and CIDRAP launched the Ebola vaccine initiative in November 2014.[1]

CIDRAP is a partner in the federal BioWatch air-monitoring program. This program is responsible for the constant monitoring for potential bioterrorism-related agents in cities throughout the United States.[2]

Shilling for Covid jabs

Osterholm stated in September 2023:

The only thing that makes (COVID-19) seasonal is that it happens in all four seasons. So I would get (the vaccine) now. The activity level is increasing rapidly. We're seeing a number of schools where we're seeing substantial transmission in kids, which of course then brings the virus home to Mom or Dad or Grandpa and Grandma.[3]

Financing

The Center is funded by the multinational technology corporation 3M and its 3M Foundation.[4]

It also receives funding from the deep-state connected Gilead.
