Craig L. Fuller is an American political strategist who was White House Cabinet Secretary under President Ronald Reagan from 1981 to 1985 and as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the United States under George H. W. Bush from 1985 to 1989.
After the White House, Fuller worked for Hill & Knowlton, where he served as President of its US Operations and head of worldwide public affairs, before he became Philip Morris' top spokesman in 1994
Craig Fuller was born circa 1951 and got a Bachelors degree in Political Science from the University of California Los Angeles in 1973 and a Masters degree in Urban Affairs from Occidental College in 1974.
