The Integrity Initiative's German Cluster

The German Cluster of the Integrity Initiative was leaked in the first Integrity Initiative Leak. It is (or was) led by the (ex-) MI6 officer Harold Elletson.[1][2]


The German cluster is covered in Document:The German Cluster − Interim Report –. The membership list include "both current and prospective members".[3]
