Background

While little about Al-Hussaini's life has been revealed to the public, he is reported to have been a Palestinian[2] who served in the Iraqi army during the Gulf War.[3]

According to Dr. Samir Khalil, a friend of Hussain, he had fled Iraq sometime in 1994 to escape Saddam Hussein's army.[4]

A 2002 indictment filed against Iraq by 14 victims of the Oklahoma City bombing (survivors of the attack) claim that Al-Hussaini had been allowed entry into the United States in 1994 through Boston via an interment camp in Saudi Arabia.[5]

Full article: Oklahoma City Bombing

Jayna Davis in The Third Terrorist: The Middle East Connection to the Oklahoma City Bombing proposes that Hussain Hashem Al-Hussaini was involved in the Oklahoma City Bombing. The FBI has denied any foreign connection.[citation needed]
