Richard Clarke accused former CIA Director George Tenet and two other senior CIA officials, Cofer Black and Richard Blee of deliberately withholding information about two of the hijackers of American Airlines Flight 77 that could have thwarted the attack on the Pentagon on 9/11. [1]
