Paedophilia has a long history of use by the UK deep state to facilitate covert control, especially of politicians, police and the judiciary.

The UK Deep state has used paedophilia to entrap people for decades. This became especially important after the legalisation of homosexuality in the UK in 1967.[citation needed]

Paedophile Information Exchange

Full article: Paedophile Information Exchange

The Paedophile Information Exchange was a group set up in 1974 that promoted paedophilia and campaigned to lower the age of consent. Membership was small, estimated as around 250 by 1977,[1] but included many figures of social influence such as Peter Hayman, a former Deputy Chief of MI6. It was closed down after a decade, but its existence allowed the establishment of a network which was to prove of continuing importance.

Cover-up

Repeated dossiers of evidence were collected and then lost by the UK establishment.

Exposure

In the 1980s, Geoffrey Dickens worked to expose organised paedophilia of UK establishment figures, naming Peter Hayman, a former Deputy Chief of MI6. He was criticised for this at the time, but the information proved correct. In 2015 documents emerged that showed that the UK prime minister, Margaret Thatcher, had already been alerted to this, but took no action.[citation needed]

Westminster paedophile dossier

Prime Minister David Cameron ordered the permanent secretary of the Home Office, Mark Sedwill, (photo above), to investigate the circumstances of the lost dossier.
Home Secretary, Theresa May, (photo above), announced a review into the handling of historic child abuse allegations, to be led by Peter Wanless, chief executive of the NSPCC.
Alderman Dame Fiona Woolf also resigned from handling of historic child abuse allegations.
In 2013, the Home Office stated that all relevant information had been passed to the police, and that Dickens' dossier had not been retained. It was later disclosed that 114 documents concerning child abuse allegations were missing. In July 2014, the Labour Party called for a new inquiry into the way that the allegations had been handled, and UK Prime Minister David Cameron ordered the permanent secretary of the Home Office, Mark Sedwill, to investigate the circumstances of the lost dossier.
On 7 July 2014, the Home Secretary, Theresa May, announced a review into the handling of historic child abuse allegations, to be led by Peter Wanless, chief executive of the NSPCC (National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children), and the establishment of a public panel inquiry into the duty of care taken in the protection of children from paedophiles by British public institutions, led by an independent panel of experts and chaired by Baroness Butler-Sloss. Butler-Sloss later stood down as chair of the inquiry.[3] On 5 September 2014, it was announced that it would instead be chaired by Fiona Woolf[4] but on 31 October 2014 she, too, resigned from the role.[5] On 4 February 2015 it was announced that the inquiry would be chaired by Justice Lowell Goddard, a New Zealand High Court judge. The existing panel would be disbanded, and the inquiry would be given new powers.[6]

Venues

Elm Guest House, a notorious UK venue for child sex abuse parties that were organised to gather sexual blackmail material

London VIPaedophile venues included Dolphin Square, conveniently close to the UK parliament and Elm Guest House. Northern Ireland venues included the Kincora Boys' Home, run by a member of MI6.[citation needed]

Dolphin Square

In November 2014, Labour MP John Mann told the Daily Mail that he handed evidence of "abuse parties" by prominent MPs at Dolphin Square to the police in 1998 but that the case was quickly shelved on the orders of "those at the top."[12] The Metropolitan Police Service opened an inquiry the same month under Operation Fairbank into allegations that prominent MPs used the block of flats as a venue for child abuse.[13] Carl Beech, then known publicly under the pseudonym "Nick", made false allegations against several prominent men, claiming that he was taken to Dolphin Square regularly as a young boy and abused.[14]
Exaro and the BBC News both carried interviews with Beech in which he lied about being abused at Dolphin Square.[15][16] The force simultaneously launched a related murder inquiry under the name Operation Midland, in relation to Beech's claims that he saw an MP strangle a child to death.[17][18] On 21 March 2016, the Metropolitan Police announced that this had been closed without any charges.[19] That year it emerged that statements by Beech were fabrications and the Police's coverage was rebuked for being seen to legitimise the claims.[20] In 2019, Beech was convicted of making up allegations of a VIP paedophile ring.[21]

Sir Clement Raphael Freud

  • Sir Clement Raphael Freud (b.1924–d.2009), was a knighted British broadcaster, writer, politician, and grandson of Sigmund Freud. In 2016, seven years after his death, three women made public allegations of child sexual abuse and rape by Freud, which led to police investigations.

One prominent example of the corporate "mainstream" media's complicit silence is the open secret surrounding one of Prince Charles' best friends, Jimmy Savile.

  • 2014 The Hampstead Cover-Up of an alleged Satanic cult in North London, UK, involving parents, teachers, and police, based on the leaked testimony of 9 and 8 year old children of Alisa and Gabriel Dearman. Ella Gareeva-Draper, the Russian mother, was never accused and was only ever guilty of not knowing when, how, or that her children were being abused. Her children were taken from her, and she and their Russian family have not seen her children in years. Juxtaposed, UK citizen and the father of the children, Ricky Dearman, was accused of participating. State social services workers were also accused of abuse.[27][28][citation needed]

Sir Edward Heath

Edward Heath and Queen Elizabeth II with US President Richard Nixon and First Lady Pat Nixon during the Nixons' 1970 visit to the United Kingdom.
  • According to propaganda aggregator, Wikipedia:
Sir Edward Heath (1916-2005), a British politician who served as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom from 1970 to 1974 and Leader of the Conservative Party from 1965 to 1975. Heath served 51 years as a Member of Parliament from 1950 to 2001. Like many prominent people, Heath attracted allegations of child sexual abuse.
In April 2015, a rape claim against Heath was investigated by the Metropolitan Police but was dropped.[30] In August 2015, several police forces were investigating allegations of child sexual abuse by Heath.[31] Hampshire, Jersey, Kent, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Thames Valley constabularies and London's Metropolitan Police investigated such claims.[32][33] It was reported that a man had claimed that at the age of 12 years he had been raped by Heath in a Mayfair flat in 1961, after he had run away from home.[34][35] Allegations about Heath were investigated as part of Operation Midland, the Metropolitan Police inquiry into historical claims of child abuse and related homicides.[36] A witness called "Nick" was introduced to the police by the former Exaro website, who had asked him about alleged child sexual abuse by prominent figures at the Dolphin Square apartment complex in Pimlico, London; Heath was reported to be one of the figures.[37] In 2018 "Nick", whose real name is Carl Beech, was arrested and charged over child pornography offences[38] and in January 2019 he pleaded guilty.[39] Beech, who had fabricated allegations against Heath and other prominent politicians and civil servants, was sentenced in July 2019 to eighteen years in prison.[40]
Also in August 2015, Sky News reported that Jersey police were investigating allegations against Heath as part of Operation Whistle,[31] and a similar investigation, Operation Conifer, was launched by Wiltshire Police at the same time.[41] The Sir Edward Heath Charitable Foundation, which operates the museum at Arundells, his home in Salisbury, said it welcomed the investigation.[42] In November 2016, criminologist Richard Hoskins said that the evidence used against Heath in Operation Conifer, including discredited allegations of satanic ritual abuse, was "preposterous", "fantastical" and gained through the "controversial" practice of recovered-memory therapy.[43] In March 2017 Operation Conifer was closed, having cost a reported £1.5 million over two years, as no corroborating evidence had been found in any of the 42 allegations by 40 individuals (including three different names used by one person).[44][45]
In September 2017 it was announced that the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse would review the police investigation into Heath.[46] Police said that if Heath were still alive they would have interviewed him under caution in relation to seven out of the 42 allegations,[44] but nothing should be inferred about his guilt or innocence.[47][48] In his summary report, Chief Constable Mike Veale confirmed that "no further corroborative evidence was found" to support the satanic abuse claims.[44]

Tim Fortescue“For anyone with any sense, who was in trouble, would come to the whips and tell them the truth, and say now, I’m in a jam, can you help? It might be debt, it might be… a scandal involving small boys, or any kind of scandal in which, erm er, a member seemed likely to be mixed up in, they’d come and ask if we could help and if we could, we did. And we would do everything we can because we would store up brownie points… and if I mean, that sounds a pretty, pretty nasty reason, but it’s one of the reasons because if we could get a chap out of trouble then, he will do as we ask forever more.”Tim Fortescue1995
Alexis Jay“It is clear to see that Westminster institutions have repeatedly failed to deal with allegations of child sexual abuse, from turning a blind eye to actively shielding abusers. A consistent pattern emerged of failures to put the welfare of children above political status although we found no evidence of an organised network of paedophiles within government. We hope this report and its recommendations will lead political institutions to prioritise the needs and safety of vulnerable children.”Alexis Jay2020
Mark Williams-Thomas“There are still people out there who are untouchable, [...] There is one very significant person who I've done everything to try and get prosecuted because he is clearly a child sex offender. [...] To date the CPS won't prosecute. The police and I have tried really hard to get there. He will die in due course and then the floodgates will open in the same way they did with Savile. That's not right. But justice takes many different forms. [...] The truth is no broadcaster would have done a programme about Savile when he was alive. We live in a society where there are some people you can't take on and that's really sad.”Mark Williams-Thomas1 October 2022
