Le Cercle Meetings are off the record, which presents a problem for the below list, which is very far from complete. The current schedule is believed to be (as stated on their shortlived website) "semiannually"[1], but David Rockefeller states in his autobiography that their meetings used to be thrice yearly.[2]
History
Le Cercle was originally an exclusively European affair, but it later changed to alternate between Washington DC and Europe(or elsewhere).
