Kenneth Clarke is a conservative politician.[1] He represents the constituents for Radcliffe.[2] He entered Parliament in the June 1970 General election with a majority of 12,974 votes.[3]

Early Life

After passing his 11+, Clarke attended Nottingham High School, one of Britain's oldest private schools on a free local authority scholarship from 1951.[4]

Policies

In 2010, Kenneth Clarke announced plans to have prisoners work a 40 hour week.[5]
