This is actually fairly patchy and by no means the last word on the subject; 9/11 was a hugely complex affair. However, there is a lot of information on this page and its subpages, and it gives an idea of the scope of the deception.

Official Narrative
Over a decade after the events, the official narrative about the 9/11 attacks is increasingly understood to be no more than a convenient cover story that has worn very thin. Almost everyone is agreed on the lack of integrity of the officials who came up with the official story, and the implausibility of their '19 men with boxcutters' story has been denounced in the UN, EU parliament and questioned in parliaments from Japan[1] to Iran[2]. Legions of insiders have given testimony that the official story didn't fit their experiences of that day and a mound of other compelling evidence has been produced, and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, all of which point to glaring anomalies in the 9/11 Commission Report. None of these has been addressed by US government or by the commercially-controlled media.
